The form below is for group reservation requests. Please complete this form only if you need special accommodations for your group.

These accommodations apply to the follow scenarios

My group has youth volunteers in between the ages of 8-17.
I'm a family unit registering with a shared email address.
I'm support staff bringing a group of participants to volunteers.

Before you fill out the form

If you have not created a Volunteer Central account, please create one here.
Identify how many spots you would like to reserve. Check the dates, times, and open spots available to accommodate your group on the Sorting and Packing Shifts at Brooklyn Park opportunity page.
If you are not the leader of the group, please do not fill out the form unless you are completing it on their behalf.

If you have already reserved your group online, you do not need to submit this form.

Team Reservation Request

Please fill out the form to begin the reservation process. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis and completion of this form does not guarantee shift reservation. We are not able to hold spots for future shifts if they are not listed on our calendar. If we do not have shifts posted for the date you are requesting, please reach out to us again once the shifts become available.

After submission, the Volunteer Engagement team will review your reservation request form and respond to you within 3 business days.

Notes on Reserving Spots: - Please request the number of spots you are confident you can fill. - We cannot guarantee an entire shift for one team unless you are able to fill all spots. 40 is our max. - Unfilled spots will remain available for other volunteers to fill. - Please provide your 2nd and 3rd choices for a shift, if possible.
