"My wife is a donor, so when I retired, I wanted to find a way to donate my time and Second Harvest Heartland seemed like a good fit. I started packing Senior Hunger boxes in Maplewood, and when we made the move to Brooklyn Park, I reached out and asked about a more consistent volunteer role. I enjoy the regular schedule, the flexibility, and the pace of work in the Senior Hunger Distribution Center."
