As a General Setup Volunteer at Dish, Second Harvest Heartland’s premier gala, you’ll help bring our mission to life—one table, sign, and silent auction item at a time. Your attention to detail and team spirit will help transform The Depot into a space that inspires generosity and celebrates community. This is a great opportunity to roll up your sleeves, work alongside passionate people, and be part of something bigger than yourself.
Every task you complete helps set the stage for an evening that fuels hope and action in the fight to end hunger.
What You’ll Do:
Support the setup of key event elements, including:
- Organizing and placing silent auction items
- Staging interactive games
- Setting and steaming linens
- Placing table numbers and sponsorship signage
- Prepping registration materials
What You’ll Gain:
