In its eighth year, Pack to the Max creates awareness and helps provide much-needed meals for local people experiencing hunger. The fight against hunger continues as hungry families head into the holiday season and meals are desperately needed. When you volunteer on Pack to the Max Day at Second Harvest Heartland, you can help ensure no child, adult or senior will worry where their next meal will come from.
Plus, there’s lots of fun to be had, including:
- Show your “Minnesota Proud” by wearing your favorite team’s jersey, up north flannel or anything else that makes you proud to be a Minnesotan
- Music
- Prize drawings
- Caribou Coffee
Around 200 individuals will volunteer to Pack to the Max this year! The first shift begins at 6:00 a.m. and the last shift concludes at 7:00 p.m. Be a part of the day and lend a much-needed helpful hand by filling a Pack to the Max shift!
